Pre-cast wall

Kim Hup Chor is able to produce any pre-cast wall units for every specification.

Precast walls offer many benefits, including time and labor savings; stronger, lighter, safer walls; better indoor comfort; and water-resistant construction.

Walls can be customized by project to allow for door and window openings, steel beam pockets, and brick ledges.

Hollow Core

Kim Hup Chor produces hollow core concrete slabs that are precast, prestressed with light weight stuctures.

The slabs have between four and six longitudinal cores running through them, the primary purpose of the cores being to decrease the weight, and material within the floor, yet maintain maximal strength.

To further increase the strength, the slabs are reinforced with 12 mm diameter steel strand, running longitudinally.
